Refund policy

We offer 7 days hassle-free returns & exchange from the date of delivery and a further 7 days for the returned product(s) to reach us.

1. Pick-up will be attempted twice. If the courier company is unable to pick up the shipment. You will have to send the shipment back to the company address. Reverse Pick Up is subject to availability of the service in your area pin-code.

2. For all orders, a store credit/coupon code will be provided in the span of 5 working days from the day of return pickup on your registered e-mail address. 

3. Please return your product(s) in the same condition as it was shipped. If the products are returned in poor condition or have clearly been worn or the tags and labels are missing, a Store Credit or Exchange would not be provided.

4. Kindly allow 7 days for the return to be processed and the amount to be shown in your bank account. [PLEASE NOTE: REFUND / BANK TRANSFER ARE ONLY APPLICABLE ON DAMAGED PRODUCTS]. 
Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (e.g., credit card, bank transfer) used during the booking in 1-5 business days.

MINOR DAMAGE - GOODWILL GESTURE COUPON WILL BE PROVIDED 
MAJOR DAMAGE - REFUND OF FULL ORDER AMOUNT WILL BE PROVIDED. 

5. Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse and verify its condition, we will promptly process the exchange or Store Credit .You will receive a confirmation email with the new tracking details or Store Credit respectively.

6. Shipping Charges are Non-Refundable.

All queries will be solved between Monday-Saturday, 10am-7pm. All pending queries will be solved on priority the next day.  Please note that we do not solve customer queries on WhatsApp.

8. Please note all (exchanges/returns) reverse pickup shipments will be applicable for a 150 Rupees shipping charges.
(PLEASE NOTE: EACH SINGLE SHIPMENT WILL BE APPLICABLE FOR Rs.150/-) 

9. Cancellations will only be possible till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 

10. To maintain a good relation standards on Italian Vega, we do not accept returns/exchange on several product categories, including but not limited to Blazers, Coats, Suits and Custom Orders. Italian Vega may, at its discretion and without prior notice, change the products or categories to which this policy would apply.

11. Once a product is exchanged and is delivered, no further actions such as exchange or refund would be applicable on that order.

12. Refunds are only applicable on damaged products.

13. International orders are non-refundable on italianvega.store
